Ph\u00e2n t\u00edch s\u1eafc k\u00fd kh\u00ed kh\u1ed1i ph\u1ed5 (GC\/MS) cho th\u1ea5y th\u00e0nh ph\u1ea7n h\u00f3a h\u1ecdc g\u1ed3m 19 ch\u1ea5t ch\u00ednh, trong \u0111\u00f3 c\u00f3 5 th\u00e0nh ph\u1ea7n chi\u1ebfm t\u1ef7 l\u1ec7 ph\u1ea7n tr\u0103m l\u1edbn g\u1ed3m: bornyl acetat (27,26%), humulene (24,23%), \u03b2-pinene (12,61%), endo-borneol (11,36%) v\u00e0 D-Limonene (5,04%). Cao chi\u1ebft methanol c\u1ee7a th\u00e2n r\u1ec5 Z. acuminatum c\u00f3 kh\u1ea3 n\u0103ng kh\u00e1ng oxy h\u00f3a cao, \u0111\u00f3 l\u00e0 kh\u1eed g\u1ed1c t\u1ef1 do 2,2-Diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) cao, gi\u00e1 tr\u1ecb IC<sub>50<\/sub>&nbsp;l\u00e0 331.0 \u00b5g\/mL. Trong khi \u0111\u00f3, cao chi\u1ebft n\u01b0\u1edbc c\u1ee7a th\u00e2n r\u1ec5 Z.&nbsp;<em>acuminatum<\/em>&nbsp;kh\u00f4ng cho th\u1ea5y ho\u1ea1t t\u00ednh n\u00e0y. D\u1ef1a theo ph\u01b0\u01a1ng tr\u00ecnh \u0111\u01b0\u1eddng chu\u1ea9n (y = 0,937x + 0,025, R<sup>2<\/sup>&nbsp;= 0,999) \u0111\u00e3 x\u00e1c \u0111\u1ecbnh \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c h\u00e0m l\u01b0\u1ee3ng polyphenol t\u1ed5ng s\u1ed1 trong cao methanol l\u00e0 1,92% v\u00e0 trong cao n\u01b0\u1edbc 1,03%.
